How to Make Your Recordings Unlisted and Retrieve Links in Kaltura

Please Note: Once videos are set to Unlisted ANYONE with the link will be able to view the videos. This includes individuals outside of UAMS.

1. Go to Kaltura.uams.edu and then select My Media.

2. Locate the recording you wish to make unlisted and once located, hover over the three vertical ellipses located on the far right and select Publish status.

3. From the menu, select Unlisted.

4. Now, click the Save button.

5. The recording is now Unlisted. Click the title of the recording to view the recording and retrieve the link.

6. To retrieve the link, click Share.

7. Click Copy, located next to the link, and paste the link to your desired location to share as needed.
