This process will show you how to set up the Overall Grade Column in Blackboard. This column allows students to see how they are performing overall in the course. This is also the grade column that you can transfer to Workday.
1. Navigate to your Blackboard Course
2. Using the top navigation bar, click Gradebook.

3. If you do not have an Overall Grade Column, a banner will appear. Click Set it up.

4. Choose your calculation method and Click Next.

5. From the following page, you can adjust grade points or weights or decide how you want the Overall Grade to show to students. Click Save to finish configuring your Overall Grade.

6. Your Overall Grade Column should be set up and it will now show in the Gradebook.
