What is Class for Zoom?
Class for Zoom is an application designed to enhance the Zoom meeting experience for educational institutions. It integrates seamlessly with Zoom to provide a virtual classroom environment that supports teaching and learning. With features tailored to educators and students, Class for Zoom transforms Zoom from a generic video conferencing tool into a robust educational platform.
When is it coming?
We are currently on track to make Class for Zoom available by the beginning of the Spring 2026 term. It will serve as a replacement for Class for Collaborate, which will be decommissioned on December 31st.

Why is Our Institution Adopting Class for Zoom?
Our current tool, Class for Collaborate, is no longer being supported by the UA System. Class for Zoom is the official replacement for Collaborate at UAMS.
